A historic event has taken shape along the Potomac River just outside of Washington, DC. A magnificent state-of-the-art facility was built as a national landmark to honor America’s Soldiers, preserve the history of America’s oldest military branch, and educate all Americans about the Army’s role in our nation’s development.

Unit Tributes line the Path of Remembrance leading up to the Museum. The 12”x 18” plaques honor individual Army units of any size and period of time. The plaques are engraved in polished Mesabi Black granite.

As you may know, the 56th Artillery Command was recently stood up in Europe. It is a two-star command that serves as the Force Field Artillery Headquarters for U.S. Army Europe and Africa, with a mission to synchronize, integrate, and control fires and effects in support of the theater land component.

We want to memorialize the 56th Field Artillery – Pershing and its accomplishments at the National Museum of the United States Army (thenmusa.org). Each Unit Tribute plaque costs $5,000.

We are looking for donations. You may donate by credit card, PayPal, venmo or check. If by credit card, click “Donate”, then “PayPal” and you will have the option of either Credit Card or PayPal.  If by check, please make payable to: “National Army Museum Fund" and write "56th Field Artillery (Pershing) " on the memo line.
